Required Experience:

• 14+ years of experience in process improvement, business excellence, or lean - Lean Six Sigma Certification, ideally Master Black Belt.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering/Textile Engineering from a recognized institution.
• +14 years of experience in Process Improvement/Business Excellence/Lean - Lean Six Sigma Certification, ideally Master Black Belt.

Job Description Skills Needed:

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Capacity to lead a diverse group of cross-functional team members
• Outstanding writing, verbal, and presenting skills, as well as organizational and follow-up abilities
• Leadership, people management, and interpersonal abilities are all excellent.
• Strategic Planning Skills - In-depth knowledge of resources and project management concepts
• Flow & Pull, Built-in Quality, Lean Metrics and Data Collection Yama Zumi & One PC Flow, Skills Development, and Quality Circles - Standardize work and Process Mapping
• Value Steam Mapping and 8-Step Problem Solving, Job Instructions Training/Up-skilling, and Multi Skilling are all examples of value steam mapping and problem solving techniques.
• Andon System/TPM, 5-Day Kaizen, and A-3 Thinking

The Most Important Directives for Applicants:

• Identify, plan, and implement essential initiatives to enhance quality, lower costs, and boost productivity by cutting down on wasted time, rework, and other inefficiencies, resulting in substantial company improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, and other Lean ideas and activities are understood, used, and driven to enhance productivity, safety, waste reduction, and cycle time.
• Analysis of the most serious faults, preparation of the root cause, and implementation of solutions
• Corrective actions must be identified and implemented.
• For each line and product, devise preventative measures for the most common faults and implement/maintain them. - Measure, analyze, and evaluate current processes; gather data to find underlying causes; do cost-benefit analyses and identify improvement possibilities; establish metrics with KPIs to measure important success factors, and design metrics with KPIs to measure critical success factors.
• Investigate process improvement methods, strategies, and technology to see what kind of impact they can have and how they can help the company generate value.
• Create documents such as training manuals, process blueprints, flowcharts, checklists, templates, and procedure implementation.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops for process improvement, such as business process reengineering sessions, brainstorming sessions, and other process development activities.
• New Projects Planning, encompassing layouts, manpower planning, resource planning, and SOP formulation and implementation, from feasibility to execution.
• Obtains buy-in from all decision-makers in order to implement performance improvement programs successfully. 
• In charge of completing process improvement initiatives within a specific time limit and in accordance with stated objectives.
• After major initiatives have been identified, actively lead projects and make individual contributions. 
• Working with the organization's stakeholders to analyze, measure, and report the financial value of a process improvement project.
