Education and Qualification Details:

• MBA Marketing / BSc Textile Engineering from a recognized college or university

Required Experience:

• 12 years of experience selling and marketing denim products is required.

Required Important Skills:

• Exceptional leadership and vocal and written communication skills
• Exceptional leadership and oral and written communication skills  
• Extensive expertise in strategic marketing, planning, branding, and product development
•  Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage sales in the denim industry.
• Denim Fabric and Washes must be expertly understood.
• Ability to understand market trends and make appropriate recommendations to the teams.
• Advanced costing knowledge and negotiation skills are essential.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Research and analytical abilities are exceptional.
• Management of Customer Relations.

Job Description:

• By implementing a lucrative program, you may expand your consumer base.
• Sets marketing goals based on prior performance and the company's business plan, as well as the methods to meet the Business Targets.
• Oversees current offers and develops new product range efforts.
• To establish marketing plans and gauge the applicability of trends, prices of products, and to optimise profit by changing prices accordingly, researches and evaluates market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, and other relevant information.
• Costing and development activities on new programmes corresponded with existing and future clients.
•  All sample and development operations, including as garment construction, pattern/fit, ornamentation, trimmings, and accessories, are overseen by this person.
• Proactively advise top management on fabric selections and garment development methods.
•  In-depth market research, analysis, and negotiation of the current fashion trends.
• Develops precise marketing strategy for the company's products with the help of the team.
• Provides detailed information to potential customers and represents the marketing department at critical buyer meetings.
• Keeps track of all marketing and sales statistics and prepares extensive written reports and presentations for top management.
• Ensure credit limitations and receivable agings by managing deliveries.
• Proactively advise top management on fabric selections and garment development methods.
