The process of social development in which people's potential is
encouraged to promote effective involvement in the process of social
transformation and enhancement of quality of life is known as social welfare.
In Pakistan, the notion of social welfare is derived from Islam's fundamental
concepts of Adl-o-Ehsan and Haqooq-ul-Ibad, which hold the state and society
jointly accountable for the wellbeing of the people. Pakistan's constitution
also requires the government to alleviate the suffering of all citizens,
regardless of gender, caste, creed, or color.
These tasks are carried out by the Punjab Department of Social
Welfare, Women Development, and Bait-ul-Maal in three sub-sectors of Social
welfare.
Recruitment at Punjab Bait-ul-mal and Social welfare organization:
Currently, the department is hiring applications to recruit
Assistant (BPS-16), Junior Clerk (BPS-11), Warden (BPS-11), Attendant (BPS-01),
Naib Qasid (BPS-01), Washerman (BPS-01), Mali (BPS-01), Driver (BPS-04), and
Attendant (BPS-01).
Educational Qualification Details:
Literate, Primary, Middle, Matriculation, Intermediate, and
Graduation positions are offered. Candidates who are interested in these
positions can consult the advertising for details on the needed qualifications
for the desired position. Individuals of all sexes are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be in possession of the required diploma.
Applicants for Clerk Jobs should have a typing speed of at least 25 words per
minute. The selection process shall be guided by the Contract Appointment
Recruitment Policy of 2002. Quotas for women, minorities, and disabled people are all observed.
The Allied Testing Services ATS will be used to hire Assistants,
