Masood is a truly Vertically Integrated Textile Unit. It has
In-house Yarn, Knitting, Fabric Dyeing, processing, Apparel Manufacturing, and
Laundry facilities. The Company has five SBU’s and a highly qualified
experienced Mills Manager heads each unit. All Mills Managers in turn report to
the General Manager. The objective to operate in this manner is that there is close coordination and link between all the divisions. Every unit operates in
the most efficient manner in order to achieve competitive prices, timely
delivery, and quality products.

- ASSISTANT MANAGER - IT (DATABASE)
- SR. MANAGER/MANAGER-QC
ASSISTANT MANAGER - IT (DATABASE)
Job Descriptions:
- Configure the databases servers for production and physical standby.
- Web Logic and application servers must be configured.
- Maintaining backups such as RMAN import/export, etc.
- Taking care of database security.
- Installation and troubleshooting at the client's end.
- In the production database, create and change schema objects.
- Notifying end users of database updates and training them on how to use systems - Assuring the safety of firm information.
- Establish user requirements and keep track of user access and security.
- Performs any IT-related task specified by superiors.
Qualification and Experience Details:
- A minimum of a BS (CS)/BS (IT) or MCS degree from an authorized institution is required.
- +2 years of experience in a related field.
- Candidates who have earned the OCP certification will be given preference.

- Excellent understanding of Oracle 11g/12c database design, documentation, and code.
- Practical knowledge of performance tweaking, database migration, and patching.

SR. MANAGER/MANAGER-QC (STITCH TO PACK - KNITS):
Job Descriptions:
- To meet the company's standards and needs, develop, discuss, execute, and manage quality control programs based on risk analysis reports.
- Maintain product quality by effectively interacting with the manufacturing team and ensuring that QC targets are fulfilled.
- Conduct sample assessments for production approval by checking measurements, fits, accessories, and other details, as well as providing feedback on the production schedule.
- To reach the highest quality standards, ensure cost optimization.
- In collaboration with the Compliance and Information Technology departments, conduct an internal quality audit in accordance with customer expectations.
- Participate in PPM to acquire each new clothing style and explain the results of risk analysis reports to the QC team.
- In light of the 1st batch audit report, provide effective control over rework/rejections using QC techniques.
- Confirm that all pre-finishing requirements are met and that the shade range is authorized according to the design.
- Ensure that corrective and preventative measures are properly implemented to resolve Finishing-related issues.
- Before sending out Gold Seal or TOP samples, make sure they've been thoroughly reviewed according to the customer's specifications.
- Ensure that the QC crew is groomed and motivated in order to improve their timeliness and productivity on the job.
- On the floor, maintain good discipline, teamwork, and a healthy working environment.
Qualification and Experience Details:
- A BS in Textile Engineering or a BBA/MBA from an approved institution is preferred.
- Quality Control expertise of at least ten years.
- Experience in human resource management.
