production, initially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and then in other regions of

Short Term Strategies:
- The firm shall maintain its existing operational and non-operating block(s) of interest and seek to enhance its working interests in these blocks after conducting due diligence on technical and financial grounds and receiving previous BOD approval.
- In Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and combined districts, management should work to secure JV partnerships in 4-6 additional non-operated blocks.
- To decrease exploration risk, management will actively begin a marketing campaign for 'farming out' a portion of the Lakki Block to other experienced E&P businesses in the market.
- In the short term, the company's organizational structure should be severely streamlined in accordance with the workload.
Long Term Strategies:
- Internationally, seek KPOGCL's participation/acquisition of exploration and production concessions/blocks.
- Any other financially feasible project(s) that the BOD may accept on management's advice.
- As the company's operations develop, the company's organizational structure will expand as well.
- During this time, KPOGCL would aim for 40 MMCFD of gas and 8,000 BPD of oil production.
- The firm is intended to be financially self-sustaining by the conclusion of this time.
