Educational Qualification:
HEC recognized an advanced degree in development, business
administration, public administration, law, strategic studies, or defense
studies from a reputable national or international institution or institute.
Professional Career Experience:
The candidate is or has been the Chief Executive Officer of a
National or International Organization with a minimum of 25 years of experience
in administration and financial management, policy formation, and execution of
strategic plans in the public, private, or multinational sectors.
