Election Commission of Pakistan ECP Profile:

Election Commission of Pakistan ECP KPK is looking to hire dynamic, qualified, energetic, and motivated individuals as Draughtsman (BPS-16), Senior Personal Assistant (BS-16), Senior Assistant (BS-15), Data Entry Operator (BS-14), Junior Personal Assistant (BS-14), Junior Assistant (BS-11), Sub Assistant (BS-09), Staff Car Driver (BS-05), Dispatch Rider (BS-05), Naib Qasid (BS-02), Chowkidar (BS-02), and Sweeper (BS-02).

Draughtsman (BS-16):

• Matric with a Draftsmanship Diploma Any Govt. Polytechnical Institute or Tracer offers a three-year course.
• In the case of Tracer, he has seven years of expertise.

Senior Assistant (BS-16):

• Grade "C" or second class A bachelor's degree from a reputable university is required.
• In shorthand and typing, a minimum speed of 100/50 wpm is required.
• You must know how to use a computer.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required for a Senior Assistant (BS-15).
• Be computer literate if possible.

Data Entry Operator (BS-14):

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A one-year computer/IT diploma is available.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office and other computer programmes is required.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is required.
• The ability to multitask well.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Working autonomously with little supervision is a good fit for you.
• The ability to convert data from paper to digital forms.
• The ability to type in Urdu.
• The ability to utilize the internet and email.
• Ability to safeguard remaining data using antivirus.

Junior Personal Assistant:

• Intermediate.
• In shorthand and typing, a minimum speed of 80/40 wpm is required.
• You must know how to use a computer.
• Intermediate, preferably computer literate junior assistant.

Sub Assistant BS-09:

• Matriculation.
• A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute is required.
• Be computer literate if possible.

Candidates with primary education are qualified for additional positions. Applicants for the positions of Staff Car Driver and Dispatch Rider must have a valid driver's license. This recruiting is open to both males and females. Quotas for minorities and handicapped people will be followed according to the government's recruitment policy.

Procedure to Apply for the Election Commission of Pakistan ECP Jobs 2021 in KPK?

1. In accordance with the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993, the maximum age set under the recruiting rules for the post would be relaxed.
2. People who are already employed by the government must apply through the correct methods.

4. Applicants who applied through the Online Recruitment System must also submit their applications in hard copy in the enclosed format, along with visible and legible attested photocopies of their CNIC and a recent passport size photograph, to P.O. Box No. 281 G.P.O Peshawar, within 15 days of the advertisement's publication, or they will be considered ineligible.
5. Any future rise or decrease in the number of openings announced is subject to change.
6. The prescribed form should be filled out in capital characters, and the address of the post office should be clearly marked on the envelope.
7. The candidate is eligible to serve in any of the provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa if such positions are available.
8. Applicants for the positions of Junior Personal Assistant (BS-14), Sub Assistant (BS-09), Driver (BS-05), and Dispatch Rider (BS-05) who applied in 2019 must reapply.
