BISE Lahore Overview:
The examinations for Matriculation and Intermediate level have been
held under the auspices of the University of Punjab since Pakistan's
arrival on the international map. The Board of Secondary Education, Punjab was
founded in the province following the passage of the Punjab University Act
(Amendment) Ordinance 1954, which assumed responsibility of examinations for
Secondary, Intermediate, and Pakistani and Classical Languages from the said
University. In the year 1955, the first-ever examination for these phases was
held.
The Board acquired large territorial powers for conducting
examinations in the provinces of Punjab, Baluchistan, Azad Kashmir, and
Northern Areas when it was established in 1954. The Board also established test
centers in Kuwait and Nairobi to serve international applicants (Kenya).
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore's current
authority is limited to the districts of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and
Nankana Sahib.
Jobs at BISE Lahore:
Security Supervisors, Security Guards, Paper Setters, Head Examiners, and Sub Examiners are all available positions. Teachers working at government and BISE Lahore institutes are eligible to apply. The BISE Lahore website, www.biselahore.com, has all the necessary details about these positions.
Educational Qualifications for Examiners:
These positions are open to MA/MSc instructors with 2 to 10 years
of teaching experience in Secondary Schools or Intermediate Classes. The exact

Educational Qualifications for Security Supervisors:
Security Guard & Supervisor Jobs are open to literate individuals
with experience in the relevant industry. Army retirees will be given first
priority. Civilian Security Guards must be between the ages of 18 and 30. This
hiring will be based on the contract policy of 2004. Candidates residing in any
district of Punjab Province are eligible to apply.
